The pinup girl is carrying one paper bag of groceri3s. I remember when we could get four paper bags full of groceries for $15. Today that one bag would be $50!
When I was a kid hamburger was 5# for a dollar. Gas was 19.9c a gallon! “Gimme a dollar’s worth of regular”, we’d say. Spuds were under 20c a lb, now they’re 10# for $5!!
In the past fifty years gas has gone up 15 fold to $3 a gallon! Of course my present Mazda gets 30 mpg and my old Chevy 10 mpg (but no one cared back then).
Today a Samsung cell phone costs $1000 and I forget how much they cost in 1970. Bidenflation!!
We didn’t have A/C as a kid so we spend more now.

For the record, I think Biden should pardon his son. Any dad would do that if they had the power. It’s not like the Biden presidential campaign is getting some sort of bump from his failure to do this. Everyone already knows that the Bidens are corrupt and above the law since none of the crimes tied to Joe were charged. Pardoning his son might make Joe Biden look human and sympathetic instead of the cold blooded robot who would throw his own son under the bus to gain an extra half point in polls.
And everyone already expects Biden to do this right after the election anyway. Just do it now.
The Biden campaign thinks this tactic proves the legitimacy of the Trump prosecutions, but everyone who thought the Trump prosecutions were illegitimate still think that and that the Hunter Biden prosecutions were just act two of the same circus.
Either way, I would give Joe a pass on pardoning his son and never talk about it again. It’s not like there aren’t plenty of Joe Biden crimes to talk about.

Just offhand after being informed by the Supreme Court that paying off student loans was out of his powers as president and therefore would be illegal president crapped his pants did it anyhow.
