Courts have given school districts broad leeway in regulating free speech. Schools violate the 2nd Amendment by banning students’ personal firearms. I happen to agree. So long as the bill originates in the house of representatives, and not some executive order that redefines the word “income”. The check and balance on this is that theoretically, the heavily taxed peoples would boot out their representatives. But in practice, that never happens. Of course, if the government goes to hard and too fast, you get another Whiskey Rebellion.
So Biden Administration officials are looking at new ways to crush the middle class with more taxes and Trump is talking about alternatives like eliminating income taxes. What a contrast.

A Green Card is officially known as a Permanent Resident Card and holders are formally known as Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs).
The US currently has about 14 million Green Card holders.
The Trump campaign, surrogates and anti-immigrant orgs (Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), Immigration Accountability Project (IAP)) have had to walk back the candidate’s statement.
CIS Director Mark Krikorian called the plan “a cockamamie proposal”.
