The conservative Repubicun governor, Mike Parsons of Missouri, just signed a bill criminalizing celebratory gunfire in municipalities in the state!!

Back on July 4, 2011 a Patriot, Mr Sullivan, fired his 9mm Glock into the air in celebration. He also let his friends fire the gun. 11 year old Ms Lane was hit in the neck and killed. The owner of the 9mm pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 3 years even though it wasn’t clear who fired the kill shot!!! Police found shell casing near the clubhouse at an apartment complex across the lake from where Lane was killed.
