Islamic Terrorism Supporters Fly Terrorist Flags, Preach Death To Jews In NYC

How are we allowing these people to stay in the United States? If they are not natural born then any legal status can, by law, be revoked, and then have them be deported? Why are we allowing terrorist supporters in to the US post 9/11?

‘From the water to the water, Palestine is Arab’: Hamas flags fly at NYC anti-Israel march

Terrorist organization flags and symbols flew in New York City on Monday as dozens of anti-Israel organizations took to the streets to protest ongoing Israeli military action against Hamas and the reaction by authorities and officials to pro-Palestinian demonstrations since the October 7 Massacre.

A banner featuring the flags of Hamas’s Izz ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades was waved in videos published by the Bronx Anti-War Coalition, and in other videos posted by principal protest organizer Within Our Lifetime another banner placed the Hezbollah flag alongside those of Middle Eastern states.

Singular Hamas and Hezbollah flags could also be seen among the thousands of marchers, who changed slogans and wielded signs accusing the US government of aiding and abetting a supposed Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

“From the water to the water, Palestine is Arab,” protesters chanted during the march.

That sounds like a chant to destroy Israel and kill Jews.

Some protesters wore Hamas headbands, and one man waved a banner emblazoned with the images of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and PFLP General Secretary Ahmad Saadat. The banner’s logo belonged to the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, a PFLP-tied NGO.

Deport these people. The 1st Amendment does not apply when people are calling for the death of Jews. And, remember, the vast majority of these Islamic terrorism supporters vote Democrat

“Calling for a ceasefire is not enough. Calling for an arms embargo is not enough,” WOL leader Nerdeen Kiswani said in a speech while flanked by terrorist flags. The people standing with Palestine right now are resisting alongside us, from Yemen to Lebanon and beyond. If you stand with Palestinians, you stand with Palestinian resistance.”

Kiswani is a seriously unhinged Jew hater and Islamic terrorism supporter, and has been for a while. She was even named “Anti-Semite Of The Year” in 2020. This is who is being listened to.

Sure it does. No matter how odious the message. But, if they are breaking the law with their threat they can and should be prosecuted. Anyway, the article didn’t claim anyone was “calling for the death of Jews”.

The 1st Amendment applies to all US residents, not just citizens! It’s possible a case could come before the current Court to restrict Constitutional rights to only US citizens and their unborn.

Shouting “Hang Mike Pence” next to gallows is odious but not illegal. Chanting “Jews Won’t Replace Us! while odious is not illegal.

According to the Supreme Court, there ARE limits to free speech though, for example, a student holding a sign “Bong Hits 4 Jesus” at a parade is not free speech.

If someone were to say, “I wish Cameltoe HairyAss would die”, as odious as that is; it is protected speech.

Is it free speech to make plans to kidnap and kill and politician or does the US have to wait until they act?

I think conspiracy to commit a crime is illegal especially murder.

No. Not only no but HELL NO. Read what it says.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people PEACABLY to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

    PEACABLY

“Peaceably” is an adverb that means to act in a calm, nonviolent, or peaceful way. For example, you might describe a group of protesters as standing peaceably in front of City Hall.

    You are so ignorant.

“The lawless left: A judge ruled this week that Vanderbilt student protester Jack Petocz, who was one of three who violently attacked and injured a security guard in the process of taking over a building on March 25, 2024, was not exercising his first amendment rights and can be prosecuted for assault and face an almost yearlong prison sentence.
Judge Lynda Jones ruled during a preliminary hearing on Thursday that there was probable cause, and told Petocz he’s facing a possible jail sentence of up to 11 months and 29 days for the assault charge. Jones said Petocz may face more time if state prosecutors charge him with aggravated criminal trespass, a Class E felony.”

          Lil Ol’ Shithead,

Were you trying to make a point?

Assault is a crime. Peaceful protest is permissible. Assault is not.

The video shows the security guard opening the locked door, but then the students pushed in past him. In my opinion this was NOT peaceful. It was claimed that Mr Petocz, a first year Vandy student, was the leader. It will go to trial.

My point? Are you too dumb to understand that demonstrations must be peaceful to be protected by the 1st Amendment?

            Why yes. Yes you are.

I am not a free speech absolutist. I acknowledge that in our complex society, nearly every aspect of our constitution has been overturned in practice with not even a finger lifted to defend it, not even by those who swore oaths to do so. The only part of the Bill of Rights that is not actively trod upon by our government refers to the quartering to troops and that is because troops would rather stay in nice hotels and eat at nice restaurants at taxpayer expense. As such, the current crop of hate crimes laws are legally enforced with the full power of law as if they are legitimate, whether you think they should be. Only a sociopath would make the claim that clearly established law may be safely ignored because it violates the spirit and intent of founders who died nearly 200 years ago.

That said, our society NEEDS the unrestricted ability to say out loud that certain people in certain places need to be punished by the sword, or even exterminated. As long as we hold to the fantasy that we are a free society of people who govern themselves. That brings with it the obligation to discuss the weighty issues of the direction of our nation. This includes, obviously, life and death. Thus, we can discuss abortion, war, the death penalty, and the role of government to oppress those violent members of our society with potentially lethal force. If it is impermissible to make the claim that “group A” should be killed, then you are now incapable of making arguments for or against all of the most important issues that nations face. As long as we continue to be ruled by a small group of unknown and unelected people pretending to be a democracy, this is just fine, since those people don’t need your opinion before they send your children off to war, imprison your neighbors on “Trumped up*” charges, steal their lands and property, or oppress their other rights. You cannot have the conversation “Kill ISIS”, or “Kill the Nazis” or “Kill the 1943 Japanese, but not the 1950 Japanese” or “kill the Russians” unless you can have the conversation “Kill the Jews”. One would hope that by having the conversation “Kill the Jews”, a society made up of moral people will reach the conclusion “let’s not”.

    * Thanks to democrats, the term “Trumped up charges” will have a whole new etymology to include “using make-believe laws to persecute someone, like they did to Trump”.

“”Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them.” – Karl Popper

IOW, the 1st Amendment was not meant to be, and is not, a suicide pack.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

        Lil Ol’ Shithead,

Agreed. Certain people in America need to be exterminated.

      • Professor Hale says:

Talking about suicide is not suicide. Unless you are free to talk about suicide, no one knows you are at risk and no one can talk you down off that ledge. Tolerating speech is not tolerating “everything”. See? I just talked about suicide, and no one got hurt. You would allow the national leadership to kill millions of people in a war, but not allow your neighbors to discuss it first? Wars are merely the physical end result of a population to go “kill all those people over there”. If you cannot even talk about it, it just means that the people in power will decide for you and you will mutely accept their decisions. Seems a strange priority of effort to me.

BTW, the left will eventually learn that laws penalizing hate speech don’t make the thoughts behind those go away. They just go deeper. Most people with an IQ above 80 are smart enough to keep their mouths shut around the perpetually offended class.

  6. James Lewis says:

Uh, Professor. Perhaps I was too broad when I said the the 1st is not a suicide pack.

My point was just to echo Popper’s statement that sometimes tolerance cannot be unlimited. It is, of course, a slippery slope that must be viewed carefully. But tell me.

Is our country, and its culture, better off now than it was in the late 50’s??

I say that because it was the Middle Right that decided that racism was bad and supported MLK’s vision of race relations by rejecting the Democrats trying to take over the south and ignoring the few times the demonstrations went too far. Now we see ANTIFA destroying, burning, etc., while Muslim terrorists and their fellow travelers destroy our supposed highest educational institutions.

It makes this old man very sad.
