Me too. I’ve read pretty much every Heinlein book and short story, some many times. I have a shelf full of them. He would be my favorite scifi writer. I never read that much Asimov.

Heinlein is pretty good, but falls short of Herbert.

Asimov and Heinlein are both brilliant. I read several of Heinlein’s juvenile series novels in jr high. Later read “Stranger in a Strange Land”, one of the best of all time. Heinlein was a libertarian who thought little of organized religion, if you can grok that.
I think the guy who labels Asimov a collectivist is overwrought. Just more dichotomous labellng by a right-winger. No nuance – one is either a communist or a free man! Maybe when Trump takes over education he can force Asimov out of schools!!
As I said, I read a ton of the libertarian Heinlein and only a bit of the “communist” Asimov.
So Donnie gets his ass handed to him by Vice President Harris and wants to shut down the ABC Network. That’s what an authoritarian would do if he had the power, isn’t it. If he’s re-elected “President” Trump would appoint a loyalist to chair the FCC and would pull the licenses of those who offend his sensitivities.
