Trump Campaign Files FEC Complaint Over British Labour Party Members Campaigning For Cackles

I’m sure nothing will come of this, but, one has to wonder what the visas of these elected government members will say the purpose of their visit is, and, really, how would the British take it if Trump came over to the UK to campaign for specific politicians

Trump accuses Labour of interfering in US election in extraordinary statement calling Starmer’s party far left

Donald Trump’s presidential campaign team has formally accused Sir Keir Starmer’s “far-left” Labour Party of interfering in the US election in an extraordinary attack.

The Trump-Vance campaign filed a complaint with the US Federal Election Commission (FEC) accusing Labour of illegal foreign campaign donations.

It comes after scores of Labour activists including frontline politicians flew across the Atlantic to help campaign for Kamala Harris’s election on 5 November.

In a statement, the Trump campaign’s co-manager Susie Wiles claimed: “The far-left Labour Party has inspired Kamala’s dangerously liberal policies and rhetoric.

“In recent weeks, they have recruited and sent party members to campaign for Kamala in critical battleground states, attempting to influence our election.”

Supposedly, this has happened with previous elections with Brits helping Democrats and Republicans. Should this be happening at all?

The Trump campaign complaint cited Daily Telegraph report suggesting Morgan McSweeney, Sir Keir Starmer’s chief of staff, and Matthew Doyle, his director of communications, “attended a convention in Chicago and met with Ms Harris’s campaign team”.

The complaint also cited a now-deleted LinkedIn post from Sofia Patel, head of operations at the Labour Party, who wrote that “nearly 100” current and former Labour Party staff would be travelling to the US to help elect Ms Harris.

Mr Trump’s lawyers argue such support amounts to “contributions” from foreign actors, in violation of US campaign finance laws.

Not direct contributions, but, “in-kind”.

Of course, how much damage could they really do? But, now, imagine it was a whole bunch of Brit government officials coming over to campaign for Trump: does anyone think the Credentialed Media wouldn’t be blowing their stacks over “election interference”?

This tipp insights article is really about Democrats claiming they represent Democracy! while systematically dismantling it, but, the beginning is interesting

Campaigning at a town hall on Monday, Vice President Kamala Harris returned to the theme of globalism as a direct challenge to former President Trump’s MAGA movement. She was in a friendly setting again, promoting the Uniparty’s NeoCon vision for America’s standing in the world that did not permit audience questions – and allowed only pre-determined questions that presumably had been shared with Harris prior to the event.

So I’ve now, as Vice President, met over 150 world leaders, presidents, prime ministers, chancellors, and kings; many of them multiple times to the point where we are on first name terms. And the last few times I’ve seen them on the eve of this election, they are very concerned, our allies [about former President Trump returning to the White House]. (snip through a few more quotes on how non-Americans feel)

It was downright absurd for Harris to inject the needs of foreign leaders into an American presidential election. Harris was saying that Americans should vote for her because she would protect the interests of foreign allies. If a foreigner had engaged in a campaign to influence a federal election, they would have violated the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) or the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

Hmm, is that not what these Brits are doing?

Imagine if Trump had some foreign “advisors” stomping for him. I can see the riots now. Law suits, criminal charges, 1000 news articles, every late night winger and of course a full week on The View.

The left always is guilty of what they accuse others.

  2. Elwood P. Dowd says:

    Uh oh!

(Prime minister) Sir Keir and Mr Trump met for the first time last month on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, where he and the former Republican president shared a two-hour dinner.

The prime minister said: “I spent time in New York with President Trump, had dinner with him, and my purpose in doing that was to make sure that between the two of us we established a good relationship, which we did, and I was very grateful to him for making the time.”

We should probably point out, with the claims of how the Dems would overreact if foreigners helped Repubics, that it’s the Trumpists throwing a fit!!

N.B. – Britain is America’s most valued ally. The foreign powers working for Trump are Russia, N Korea and Chna. Why do America’s enemies support Trump?

    • L.G.Brandon!, L.G.Brandon! says:

As usual you are in a dream world. Trump has relationships with world leaders from his time as president. That in no way means those powers are “working for Trump”. In fact Putin has stated more than once he favored biden. So far I have not heard who he favors now that Kameltoe pushed him out and took over. N. Korea and China both respect and fear Trump and I’m sure if a dope were to ask them and they honestly answer they too would prefer the kunt who in their cultures is good only for field work and fuking. They have neither respect nor fear of the kunt. And they never will. Period. Only a complete moron would accuse these adversaries of preferring the MAN they perceive as tough to the kunt they see as an inferior and easily pushed around.

It matters not whether or not the FOREIGN POWER working for a candidate is an ally or adversary. Either way it’s FOREIGN INTERFEARENCE. In fact it’s worse for an ally because they are most likely trying to cash out like a democommie ballot harvester.

Right now democommies in all the swing states (and others too) are printing ballots like democrats print money. No swing state has any intention of having a ballot tally till at least a week after the polls close. They are like the scorpion and the frog and we all know their proclivity is to sting us to death even if they die too.

      Be ready on the 6th.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

How will you boys attack on the 6th? We assume you’ll start murdering Americans whether tRump wins or loses. Are you assembling right-wing death squads to defend your America? You will need to murder millions of Americans to achieve your objectives.

You guys should mow down rows of voters in big cities! Dead voters don’t vote! Maybe bomb polling places!

If you haven’t the courage to actually murder Americans to protect Mr Trump, maybe just patrol polling places wearing a mask, a Trump shoulder patch and toting an AR-15 style rifle. That should dissuade some communists from voting!!

Mr Trump is depending on guys like you to keep him out of prison!! And he’s likely to get you killed.

    • alanstorm says:

Trying to equate apples and oranges again, dear boy? Not even close to the same thing.

  3. Elwood P. Dowd says:

Should Trumpy’s nickname be Spackles (for the orange putty troweled on his face daily) or Shackles (for what he wants for his “enemies from within”)?

His McDonnies french fry stunt is reminiscent of the Dukakis in a tank stunt!

    Boycott McDonnies!!

    • CarolAnn says:

Shackles (for what he wants for his “enemies from within”)?

The only person being threatened with lawfare induced jail time is Trump. You just can’t stop lyin’.

His McDonnies french fry stunt is reminiscent of the Dukakis in a tank stunt!

Your envy is showing. He may be orange but you are always green! BTW, he’s getting (so far) a week of great publicity over his “French fry stunt”. Thank you. You just keep it going. Thank you. LOL.

      Boycott McDonnies!!

Typical leftist. Trump pisses you off so you boycott the little guys and cost them money while Trump sails into the sunset. Idiot. You guys are so petty and vengeful you hurt everyone around you.

BTW, Dukakis looked like a queer rat playing soldier in that oversized helmet. Trump at least looked like he was having fun…at your expense. Haha. And the customers loved him.

Meanwhile kameltoe was home gettin drunk on cheap chardonnay.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

We’ll call him Tater from now on. The customers were hand picked supporters. Geez lady, do you think the SS would allow strangers into the drive thru?

Tater has been indicted for several crimes. He has been convicted by a jury of dozens of counts. Do you no longer believe in America? Tater sure doesn’t. And he can’t stay out of prison by himself, he needs the votes and violent threats of his cult.

McDonnies now has an E. coli problem with their Quarter Pounders. Do you believe Harris’ CDC cooked this up? Donnie cooks for one day and McDonnies sinks.

  4. Elwood P. Dowd says:

    It’s another Trump pandemic!!

Trump cooks at McDonnies and the next day an outbreak of deadly E. coliO157:H7 in Colorado, Kansas, Utah, Wyoming, and portions of Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oklahoma occurs. Coincidence?

Restaurateurs keep McDonny out of your kitchens!!

    • drowningpuppies says:

      Calm down, fatass.

The company said initial findings from the ongoing investigation show that some of the illnesses may be linked to slivered onions — or fresh onions sliced into thin shapes — that are used in the Quarter Pounder and sourced by a single supplier that serves three distribution centers. McDonald’s has instructed all local restaurants to remove slivered onions from their supply and has paused the distribution of that ingredient in the affected area.

      Resume your lunacy. https://www.thepiratescove.us/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wacko.gif

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

        Pissant,

        “may” be linked… “may” LOL

Dems should boycott McDonnies for supporting the Father of Pandemics!

Right wingers like to boycott companies that hurt right wing feelings. Bud Light?

    • alanstorm says:

So he does a photo-op in PA, and there are reports of E. Coli in states other than PA? Even for your fervid imagination, that’s quite a stretch.

  5. Elwood P. Dowd says:

From Russia… with love for Trump…

Russia was behind salacious false claims against Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz that circulated widely on social media last week, according to U.S. intelligence officials.

Last week, posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, accused Walz of wrongdoing when he was a high school teacher and football coach. That included a video purporting to show a former student making allegations against Walz, which was shared by an X account that has promoted the baseless QAnon conspiracy theory. However, the Washington Post interviewed the actual former student, who is not the man in the video and who said the alleged incident never occurred.

Other posts making unverified accusations against Walz were also quickly debunked by users on X and fact checkers, who noted that screenshots of what was supposed to be an email from an alleged victim contained inconsistencies, including what appeared to be a cursor still visible in the text of one image.

The claims were boosted by pro-Trump accounts with large followings. They racked up millions of views on X and other platforms. The post by the QAnon account had more than 4.3 million views before it was deleted, according to Wired.

At least one Covian repeated the lies. Thanks Vlad.
