Texas could bus migrants directly to ICE for deportation instead of to sanctuary cities
Texas is looking at a plan to ramp up migrant buses again — but instead of sending them to sanctuary cities, officials would ship newly arrived illegal migrants directly to ICE holding centers so they can be processed quickly for deportation, a Lone Star State source told The Post.
The proposal, which has not been approved by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, is meant to continue Operation Lone Star, which seeks to deter migrants from crossing into Texas illegally.
“We are always gonna be involved in border security so long as we’re a border state,” the source in the Texas government said.
Under the proposed plan, buses chartered by Texas from border cities will be rerouted from sanctuary cities including New York, Chicago and Denver to federal detention centers to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents process them more quickly, the source said.
“That’s a way we could be involved in that, and of course they would reimburse us for paying for the [bus] contract,” said the source.
Sounds like a plan. But, until Trump is inaugurated Texas should continue to overload sanctuary jurisdictions, particularly Denver and Boston. And maybe New York’s capitol

Except, of course, shipping them directly to ICE facilities still means that they’ll just be released into our country with no follow-up, at least until January 20th.
How much credit does Governor Greg Abbott deserve for President Trump’s victory for his brilliant move to ship the illegals to heavily Democratic cities, to let the denizens therein see, first hand, the problems that mass illegal immigration causes?

HOLLYWOOD and Martha’s Vineyard should be turned into ICE detention facilities.
I hope that Trump does not attempt to deport 13 million people. I hope that his real goal is to deport the criminals, the Men here illegally with no families. The drug Cartels. This will net the GOP 10 percent more votes in 2026 midterms as most Hispanics don’t want these people here either because they all go right directly to Hispanic neighborhoods and turn them into the same hell holes these people fled from.
Joe Biden has kept Trump tariffs in place since he took over in 2020 because China pays the tariffs and not the companies. Thus, the prices are still kept low, but the USA gains an extra 10 percent.
The threat of 25 percent tariffs on Mexico and Canada has already netted…”Oh sure MR. PRESIDENT, we will STOP ALL illegals daring to cross into the USA.”
I was surprised to learn that 20k illegals sneak into the USA over the Canada border and many of the serious criminals are coming from that border.

AGAIN….ASYLUM is meant as a means for people fleeing their country of origin and seeking refuge at the first nation that will offer them safety…..NOT traveling from Africa or the Mideast or South America……passing 20 countries that would offer them refuge and then paying cartels to sneak them into the USA….that is C R I M I N A L……..not asylum.
