   John Ratcliffe confirmed as CIA director 74-25.

   Ratcliffe’s confirmation makes him the second of Trump’s nominees to garner congressional approval, after Marco Rubio. The Republican-controlled Senate said it plans to work overtime to get the rest of Trump’s nominees approved quickly, with Senate Majority Leader John Thune insisting in a post on X, formerly Twitter, Tuesday evening, that they would work “nights, weekends, recesses” until the process is complete.

   Hmm… for some reason one thinks it doesn’t work this way.

   One of the Trump-hating judges (Beryll Howell) who gleefully sentenced J6ers to prison for “parading in a public place” is now refusing to honor Trump’s pardons of J6ers.

   This should be fun. Could be wrong but…

   The power of the president to pardon is absolute (except in cases related to impeachment). There really are no grey areas. This judge needs to be immediately slapped down by SCOTUS.

   President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday afternoon declassifying Central Intelligence Agency documents related to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. They will be released to the American public in short order.

   U.S. District Judge John Coughenouer blocked Big Donnie’s ridiculous EO rescinding birthright citizenship. Coughenouer was appointed by RINO Ronald Reagan.

   The Proud Boys have been notified.
