    DOI ended subscriptions to Politico Pro and E&E News — an environment- and energy-focused publication owned by Politico — last week after numerous reports surfaced indicating that millions of taxpayer dollars have been spent on subscriptions to liberal media companies, a source familiar with the matter told the DCNF. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin said Tuesday that his agency also will not be renewing internal subscriptions to Politico and E&E News.

    Wonder how many times “a constitutional crisis” will be repeated by the libtards.

    Calm down, folks. The activist judges throwing tantrums and blocking Trump’s policies were always part of the plan. The left is judge-shopping harder than a wine mom at Target, and they’re getting their little legal roadblocks in place. But guess what? It won’t last.
    These rulings are so bad that even Chief Justice Roberts knows they’re garbage. SCOTUS isn’t about to sacrifice its credibility for a bunch of blue-city activist judges trying to micromanage the executive branch. And Trump? He’s just sitting back, letting them dig their own graves.
    This isn’t a crisis—it’s an opportunity. The swamp creatures thought they could stop Trump 2.0, but instead, they’ve just guaranteed that all of this nonsense gets crushed early so we don’t have to deal with it later.
    So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

    MAGA Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) is all in on the DOGE cuts to wasteful spending. DOGE recommends slashing NIH grants having such high overhead costs.

    All in except for her state.

    “While the administration works to achieve this goal at NIH, a smart, targeted approach is needed in order to not hinder life-saving, groundbreaking research at high-achieving institutions like those in Alabama.”

    Other MAGA red state Senators are also “standing up” for universities in their states.

    Why not only reduce the grants in Blue States? Cut Harvard, Yale, Columbia, UCLA, Stanford, U of Illinois, Rutgers, Washington, Oregon etc, but not Ohio State, UAB, Mizzou, UK, LSU, Texas etc. Eazy-peazy. Make Blue states pay the price for bending the knee to Big Donnie?

    These grants are big deals to universities and their employees. Big PHarma and Big Tech take full advantage of the basic research generated from these institutions, which is why so many universities have active technology offices for patenting discoveries – paid for by overhead AND licensing agreements. Nothing helps a Big Tech company like freedom to operate from being hindered by universtity patents.

    Mayor of Birmingham Randall Woodfin told AL.com: “People need to be reminded that UAB is not just the largest employer in the city, it’s the largest employer in the state. So as it relates to our state’s GDP, as it relates to our economic growth, as it relates to our future around genomics, personalized medicine, and where health care is going, NIH research dollars play a massive, significant role.”

    The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) boasted that it 2023 it set a record for attracting federal grant money. UAB brought in $774.5 million that year to set the record, with $413.7 million coming from the NIH.

    The University says it also broke records in 2023 for the amount of money it received from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy — all of which are now being subjected to DOGE’s cost-cutting measures.

    Should Florida, NC, GA, TN, LA, MS, AL, TX, AR, KY, SC, WV, OK universities be exempted from the massive cuts? Many of these states are already amongst the poorest in the nation.

    The increasingly nutty professor Nancy Mace (R-SC) claimed the US spent $10 million on transgender animal research!

    Should the gov’t just stop all sponsored research? MAGA intellectuals like Teach, Trump, Vance, Hannity, RFK Jr etc, etc and so forth, already know it all.

    Congressperson Brandon Gill (R-TX… ’nuff said) says that Congressperson Ilhan Omar (D-MI) should be deported to Somalia.

    Rep. Omar is an American citizen, and has been one longer than South African citizen Elon Musk!

    SAVE AMERICA! Deport Elon! Why are we letting a citizen of South Africa/Canada/US dictate policy?
