The “efforts” on spending so far are for publicity only. Sort of like the Senator William Proxmire’s monthly “Golden Fleece Awards” for silly sounding approprations.
If the MAGAt class is serious about cutting $2 TRILLION in spending (about a third of all spending) while simultaneously cutting taxes on the wealthy, they need to dig into Defense/Veterans, Social Security, Medicare and aid to the disadvantaged (income, Medicaid, housing, nutrition). Trump has even suggesting reneging on the debt.
For decades the GOP has been grooomig The People to not trust “The Credentialed Media”, to identify minorities (Blacks, Hispanics, migrants, LGBTQs, disabled) as parasites taking the taxes from white “makers” and spending it on drugs, gambling and whores! They’ve gerrymandered districts to gain overwhelming statehouse majorities in most states.
They’ve begun to gut the VA, Medicaid, SNAP and payments to farmers. You’re next!!
