I can’t imagine why it would matter to Ukrainians if corrupt Russians ruled them instead of corrupt Europeans and Americans. They could have avoided being invaded if they just agreed to NATO neutrality. They chose to be invaded because the corrupt Biden administration and corrupt Boris Johnson told them to reject the peace deal they had already accepted.
They already had an acceptable peace deal that cost no blood, treasure, or territory. They gave it up because American and EU neo-cons wanted to “weaken Russia”.
