I find it highly unlikely that a person whose life was dedicated to research with patents, etc., spends 1000 hours a month trolling the internet. However, there is another Jeffery L Keene who works for the government in Washington, D.C. Perhaps he did doxx himself as an FBI agent stirring up chit.
