This is insane. And it’s near where the parents live. Mom called and texted me not long after 9pm, but, I missed it because I was in the shower, and didn’t realize till I picked my phone up around 1030pm to set my alarm. Freaked me out, because the messages made me think it was their house on fire, not a big wildfire. They had to evacuate, and are fine. Not sure if their house is OK, yet. I’m not seeing any stories about where in full has burned
I’ve taken that exit many times when visiting. This is maybe 3 miles from their house.

The bottom a couple miles north on Route 9. And, mom said that the WaWa up in Forked River was on fire. The one near Caffreys. Pretty good Irish pub, love eating there. The top is a good representation of burn area.
