First, off, what the Jets players were doing was wrong. Throwing footballs near her was one thing. Who wouldn’t want to be near a beautiful woman. That said, the cat-calls and suggestive remarks in the locker room were inappropriate, unprofessional, and immature.
Ines Sainz, the self-proclaimed “hottest sports reporter in Mexico,” claims she was dressed appropriately during her appearance in the New York Jets locker room in which she was allegedly harassed with catcalls and other suggestive comments by players.
Judge for yourself. It’s definitely more appropriate than what we’re used to seeing her in.
Regardless of the way she was dressed, the Jets players still should have acted like adults. That said, she offers up a picture of herself, supposedly at Jets camp.
There’s only one problem: that picture is from her coverage of the World Cup, not from when she attended Jets camp this past weekend, and has actually made it around the Interwebz for a few months. Do I have a big point? Not really. Just some Rule 5.
I don’t understand the concept of cat calls. It doesn’t doing anything other than show that you are an idiot and not a gentleman. Now if I were in this ladies presence I would simply do my usual. That is to stare and droll out the side of my mouth. I think that is what most men would do.
I don’t get this either. She is a model. She is called a bombshell and the HOTTEST sports reporter. She dresses for attention.
She got it. She does not dress professionally at all times…. so….
Quote from story:
“During the portion of practice open to the media, Ryan and defensive backs coach Dennis Thurman purposely overthrew passes so they would land near Sainz, she said.
Later, during a locker-room availability, several players allegedly hooted and hollered when Sainz walked in.
She later tweeted she was “dying of embarrassment.” ”
OMG>. not… overthrew passes… omg. no. how horrible. You mean, someone wanted to get her attention? How ridiculous can men be?
And they hooted and hollered? To call attention to her beauty and to assure her that she got their attention?
Yes, they acted like children. But if she can’t take some attention that she herself asked for, then… she is acting like a little girl herself. GROW UP!
You’ve got to be kidding me. I don’t have a lot of sympathy for her. If you put yourself out there…
I probably should have checked the post afterwards, since the part that she was actually wearing this at the Jets camp got cut out. Which was way, way, more revealing. Though, still no reason for the harassment by supposed adults who really should have known better, since they actually have to take classes regarding sexual harassment and such.
Greetings:
Of course, we shouldn’t be intelligent enough to question why a woman would be, or would want to be, in a men’s locker room. Smarter people than us have made that decision for us and that decision should have no negative consequences.
I just saw this chick on Fox News and she basically had her boobs hanging out, so what has she got to bitch about? As I pointed out before, she put it out there.
“Besa me culo, pendejos”
“I just saw this chick on Fox News and she basically had her boobs hanging out,”
dang.. i missed it.
She was on tv and said she didnt feel harassed. but another female reporter who was disgusted by what she heard.
So, this is second-hand harassment?
how does that work?
