Yeah, that’ll fire up the base. Because they “are much more than (a logo)”. It fired them up so much that the DU and most other left leaning sites have ignored it. There is almost nothing at any news site, including searches through Yahoo and Google news. And the comments at the post are truly amusing
- I hope you didn’t pay much for that brand. The logo is rather dull, not much going on at all. The word “Democrats” is more interesting than the logo itself.
- Is this the Major Announcement? what is so major about this? I absolutely dislike the new logo! couldn’t the graphics design department come up with something else?.. disappointed.

I think all liberals should be forced to live in Cuba, for say a year. Or Venezuela, they can pick from any commie country. But NOT IN HOTELS, they must find a job and a place to live, and they must forgo their health insurance for one year. Would love to see them at the end of one year. If they could last that long, which some- no – many would not.
Why do elitists, especially the priveleged and others with massive amounts of money ie hollywooders, think that living in a communist type state is so attractive? Is it guilt?
Hi Trish. No, its not guilt. It’s EGO. It’s the belief that since they have money, or money and power, then they know better than those who don’t. Thus, their liberal ideology strokes their ego. They see themselves as “helping the little people”.
Think of hollywood actors. When you think of a liberal wacko actor, what type of personality do you see? You see one who is VERY outspoken. One that is VERY involved in mouth-spewing of inarticulates (ie. John Cusack et al). One that rarely sees the people who buy their tickets as the source of their income. Rarely does actual charity work. Rarely even stops to take the time to talk to fans.
When you think of Conservative Actors, what type of personality do you see? You see quiet solitude. You see a staunch character that shows even through the acting. You see positive uplifting roles. You see true charity work (ie. Dan the Man Band). They know who pays their salaries and actively works with their fans to show their love and respect. They give their money to worthwhile causes (usually silently) without demanding others do it first.
Liberalism is all about chest-thumping.
