Interestingly, if this occurred under a Republican administration, the POTUS him/herself would be directly blamed. The whole “the buck stops here” issue, but, this is the Lightbringer (which apparently means “guy who is destroying America’s future” in Hawaiian) , so, he can’t be blamed, even though it was his policies and his politics in play. Bush’s administration said “hell no” on final loan approval. Obama needed to push his green initiative, and pay back some campaign donors. Hey, it wasn’t like it was his money.
