If what Drudge is reporting is true, that President Bush plans on doing away with the IRS, then Kerry’s campaign may well be the shortest in Presidential history. Makes Kerry’s whole “I will negotiate with foreign leaders” think sound downright silly, eh? Go. Read. Be amazed.
