Ah, the insane left. They have been whining and complaining for years over the torture of Islamic terrorists, most of whom were caught on the battlefields of Afghanistan. You remember Afghanistan, right? That was the nation that harbored Al Queda, the group that attacked the USA on 9/11/2001.
The Left freaks out about panties on the head, cold rooms, and loud music. Yes, there are some harsher methods, such as water boarding, and some interrogators and guards have gone to far. But, the USA has not been attacked since 9/11, and numerous plots have been stopped.
The fact that none of those people are American citizens means exactly zip to the Leftards. But, if it Americans who are part of the Republican Party, hey, let's torture! So says the Huffington Post and the Leftards who comment there
Is there anything worse, in the minds of most Americans than being a sexual predator to underage kids? Why it's right up there with rape and murder. Finding out who in Congress knew about Foley, when did they know it, and why didn't they do anything about it is as important to the nation as finding out who was behind 9/11.
Are our children worth less?
There's only one way to get this information. Send Foley, Hastert, Boehner, and the rest of them to Guantanamo and torture the information out of them.
I mean, that's this administration's policy, isn't it? Why restrict it to Muslims? Why not just expand it to all involved in anti-social activities, especially one as serious as this.
Earth to Tom D'Antoni, and the other Leftards: those Muslims are not American citizens, were not advocating the destruction of America, and are protected by the Constitution.
Habeas Corpus? Pfaff! If President Bush can waive it for Muslims, he can waive it for those who prey on our children, right?
Habeas Corpus applies to American citizens and those who are here legally, applying for citizenship. Not to scumbag terrorists caught on the battlefields, wearing no uniforms and fighting for no country.

The Left has shown they care little for that age old axiom, innocent till proven guilty when it comes to anyone on the Right, and this is just more proof of that. If someone from the Left can provide actual physical evidence that Hastert and the Republican leadership knew about all the really bad things that Foley was doing, put up or shut up.
