She’s really breezy! It must be global warming making girls undo their strings and buttons to catch a freeze breeze.
I couldn’t figure out what was going on with Keeley’s bottoms there, so I went and did some research and it seems that that is just how she rolls on a bike. Here she is on the same bike, but different bottom:
