And when I say “ultimate” and “Hotcoldwetdry”, I mean it.
Ultimate guide to saving the world: What we need to do (and do right now)
Hot. Cold. Wet. Dry. ” Climate change causes everything!
Anyhow, here’s what Salon’s Lindsay Abrams suggests Warmists need to demand to stop heavy winter snow
Leave fossil fuels in the ground — all of them
Anyone think Lindsay has given up her use of fossil fuels? Make sure to ask her on Twitter.
- Invest in a worldwide “energiewende†(pretty much forcing everyone to invest in “green” energy, and dumping lots of taxpayer money in same)
- Get China on board (good luck with that)
- Start right now (apparently, if we don’t we’re doom in…wait for it….15 years)
Still. Hotcoldwetdry. Only you can prevent snow from too much heat.
Or how about slowing the gov’t subsidies for fossil fuel exploration and extraction…
“Although the OECD cautioned that the value and budget impact of subsidies varies widely from state to state (and did not even total the figures), the United States had the largest supports, totaling about $15 billion in 2010.”

In 2010 the US subsidized the fossil fuel industry to the tune of $15 billion. Those are just direct subsidies and do not include the environmental damage (including global warming) attributable to fossil fuel burning.
According to the Daily Caller, in 2013, renewable energy subsidies were $7.3 billion.

Barack Obama has been and continues to be the energy industry’s, including oil, gas and coal, best friend.
Jeff,
Even you can understand that the oil companies are taking legitimate expenses our of their revenue. This is much the same as in your corporation when you take depreciation cost for your computers, furniture and other aspects of doing business. So if you think that the oil companies are getting money from the government, then you are as well. This is such a disingenuous argument that it only works on low information people. Unfortunately that is about 50% of the US (or more). But go ahead and take these so called tax breaks away and lets increase the cost of energy and thus the cost of most everything that we touch, including food. Then the middle class can really suffer, just like they always do under the liberals.
