Suspect In LA Homeless Beatings Deported Six Times
Police say Ramon Escobar, 47, the man arrested in connection with recent attacks on homeless people in Los Angeles and Santa Monica, has now been linked to a total of seven assaults in two cities.
Three of the victims — two in Los Angeles and one in Santa Monica — have died. Police say they recovered a wooden baseball bat and a pair of bolt cutters from Escobar’s car that are believed to have been used in the attacks.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Tuesday night that Escobar had been deported six times between 1997 and 2011. ICE said in a statement that the Salvadoran national was freed from federal custody in January 2017 after an immigration court decision.
Escobar was ordered removed from the U.S. by a federal immigration judge in February 1988.
ICE said that a detainer was filed against Escobar following his arrest Monday in Los Angeles for murder.

The attacks on three homeless men in downtown Los Angeles occurred on Sept. 16. Two of the men died with the other still in the hospital in critical condition.
The other attacks included a Sept. 8 assault of a person sleeping on the beach in Santa Monica, with the victim released from the hospital; a Sept. 10 attack on a man also sleeping on the beach in Santa Monica, with that man still in a coma; and the Sept. 20 fatal beating of 39-year-old Steven Cruze Jr. of San Gabriel, under the Santa Monica Pier.
He’s also wanted for questioning in the disappearance of his aunt and uncle in the Houston, Texas area.
Maybe they’re not sending their best?
Clearly, deported illegals need to lose one body part each time they are sent back. I suggest a prescribed pattern:
1 – Dominant hand;
2 – Opposite foot;
3 – Genitals;
4 – Dominant foot;
5 – Remaining hand; and, finally
6 – Head.
I would be willing to switch #1 for #3 in order, as it might prove an even greater deterrent, and eliminate the possibility that they’d sire more welfare recipients. We could also lop off the top of one ear, like is done with released, neutered stray cats, so it would be immediately apparent to law enforcement that they had a previously deported alien on their hands.
I’m guessing that few would make it down to #3; I think that even an illegal immigrant as dumb as Jethro Bodine might learn his lesson before that.
Why not just behead them to start? The ultimate deterrent. Or how about take their children and force the parents watch you slow roast the children alive? Once word gets out no more immigrants coming our way!
And why limit corporal punishment to immigrants? Sexual harassment – hack off genitals. Cheating on taxes – lose a hand. Speeding – lose your right foot. Defamation – lose your tongue. Smoking in non-smoking zone – lose two fingers. Hate crime – cut out tongue and one eye. Animal abuse – feed genitals to dogs. Bribing a porn star to keep her quiet – tertiary syphilis.

Actually, those are some pretty good ideas you have there! If you asked whether convicted rapists should be castrated, you’d find a whole lot of people agree. Child and animal abusers? Do to them what they did to their victims. (A whole lot of people in Pennsylvania were hoping that Jerry Sandusky would get in prison what he doled out to ten year old boys.)
Let’s face it: the hundreds of stories of previously deported illegals being apprehended again is all the proof that any reasonable person should need that simply deporting them is not much of a solution. Mexico is such a, as accurately described by the President of the United States, shithole country that of course people want to flee from it. Until we actually punish illegal immigrants, they’ll keep coming here.
It’s really simple: unless we make the penalty for entering the United States illegally worse than living South of the Border, we won’t deter people from coming here.
But..but…was he just a “dreamerâ€?
It needs to be a mandatory death penalty for any foreign citizen to kill an American.
Obviously, deporting this guy is not going to work. He is a poster child for how easy it is to get back any time he wants to.
