    Nicholas Wallace, a Stanford Law candidate for graduation, had his diploma held because of a satirical flier inviting all to a fake discussion he created mocking the Federalist Society and Sen Josh Hawley (Q-MO) and TX Atty Gen Paxton. To wit:

    “The Originalist Case for Inciting Insurrection!” “Violent insurrection, also known as doing a coup, is a classical system of installing a government. Although widely believed to conflict in every way with the rule of law, violent insurrection can be an effective approach to upholding the principle of limited government.”

    Wallace created the satirical flier to tweak the local Federalist Society. The Stanford Chapter of the Federalist Society, well-known snowflakes, filed a complaint against Wallace and Stanford.

    Stanford relented:

    Stanford has concluded that Nicholas Wallace engaged in protected speech, dropped its investigation, and lifted the hold on his diploma. Wallace has confirmed that he will be allowed to graduate.
