Do Democrats put up tons of money or not?
Democrats confront North Carolina blues
Senate Democrats are contemplating just how hard to go after their White Whale: A Senate seat in North Carolina.
The last time Democrats notched a Senate victory in the Tar Heel State was 2008, when former Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.) easily beat former GOP Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-N.C.). Now, after nominating former state Supreme Court Justice Cheri Beasley, Democrats are balancing a defense of a 50-50 Senate with a half-dozen other competitive states alongside chasing a long-elusive win.
Gov. Roy Cooper, the state’s most successful Democrat, is pushing for the party to go all in, despite them losing the last four North Carolina Senate races. He predicted President Joe Biden’s rating will improve enough to give Beasley, a Black woman who won a statewide race in 2014 and only narrowly lost in 2020, a fighting chance.
“I know what it takes to win in North Carolina and Cheri Beasley can do it. With everything on the line this year, we need to leave it all on the field for her from the national party on down to the local level,” Cooper said in an interview on Thursday.
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Chuck Schumer-aligned Senate Majority PAC combined to spend $60 million in 2020, when a sex scandal brought down Cal Cunningham’s once promising campaign to take down Republican Sen. Thom Tillis. At the moment, neither group has reserved any money for the fall campaign, though Cooper said he believes those groups “will be there when it counts.” A spokesperson for Senate Majority PAC said the group plans to begin running ads next week.
Perhaps they realize that nominating a far left Progressive doesn’t really play well in North Carolina
The National Republican Senatorial Committee and Senate Leadership Fund have plans to spend nearly $30 million in the race already, with the NRSC already running ads attacking Beasley as soft on crime. Without major outside help, the spending disparity would be a struggle for Beasley to overcome no matter how promising a candidate she is. And Democrats still may make a big commitment there this fall to take the seat of retiring Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.).
Beasley is the same old extreme Democrat, who wants Medicare for all, abortion with no restrictions, forcing parents to put their kids in government pre-k, government paying for college, climate crisis scam action, the federal government running all voting, criminal justice reform (ie, going easy on criminals), and amnesty for illegals, among others. She seems to be pushing hard lately on abortion, like many Dems
FiveThirtyEight exposes how the Dems non-stop yammering about abortion on demand will play out
What are people worried about? Inflation. And only 4% of Democrats find abortion to be the most pressing issue.
North Carolinian William Teach is not telling you, his hapless followers, the truth.
WT: Beasley is the same old extreme Democrat, who wants Medicare for all, abortion with no restrictions, forcing parents to put their kids in government pre-k, government paying for college, climate crisis scam action, the federal government running all voting, criminal justice reform (ie, going easy on criminals), and amnesty for illegals, among others.
To his credit Mx Teach DID link to Beasley’s campaign platform so you can read it for yourself.
Medicare for all? Nope. Not there.
Abortion with no restrictions? Nope. Not there. She supports the Women’s Health Protection Act which allows abortion up to fetal viability, kinda, sorta like Roe v. Wade. That’s a restriction right there. Does Teach feel that Roe v. Wade allows abortions up to full term and even after???
forcing parents to put their kids in government pre-k? Nope. She does support ‘education funding from cradle to career for all our kids. She supports investing in early childhood education, universal pre-k, and fully funding the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.’
government paying for college See above. The government already pays for college with grants and loans and state school subsidies. Cons in most states have CUT gov’t support of state schools.
climate crisis scam action? There is no scam. supports investing in climate-resilient infrastructure, expanding our renewable energy industry and ensuring that workers across North Carolina receive the training they need for clean energy jobs. There is also more to be done modernizing our electrical grid and building codes to increase energy efficiency.
the federal government running all voting: Nope. supports the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. Since the states of GA, PA, MI, WI, AZ plus countless others cheated DonJon out of his rightful throne, you’d think Teach would want to some oversight of states.
going easy on criminals: Nope. supports expanding the use of drug treatment and mental health courts and legalizing and regulating cannabis. supports reforming sentencing, including ending some mandatory minimums and ending the cash bail system particularly for nonviolent offenders. supports the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act and investing in reentry programs that help returning citizens successfully re-enter society after serving their time and become contributing members of our communities.
amnesty for illegals: Nope. a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants who are already in our country, invests in securing our borders, treats people with dignity and respect, and ensures safety for everyone. While securing our borders, reforms must reduce wait times for legal immigration, improve visa programs and ensure a fair and efficient asylum process for people seeking refuge. will also fight to protect the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program and keep our promise to DREAMers.
Actually, Teach, Americans CAN chew gum and walk at the same time. We understand that cons tell lies as easily as breathing, and cons want to revert to the 19th century. But if you refuse to help America, at least get out of the way.
Most of the points you made are actually nuanced Beasley talking points. As usual, you need to lie or partially lie to shield the real meaning of the answers you provide. We accept that because we’re used to the lying, cheating and gaslighting the left uses for everything.
Your continuous prevarications and projections will no longer help you. We are the new Ultra MAGA and we will burry you in November. Kiss your lying commie ass good-bye. And take your groomer junta with you.

Not like it matters. Democrats have already proven three things:
1. Votes no longer matter when they can manufacture as many as they need.
2. There is no penalty for voter fraud since democrats are above the law.
3. Even if republicans have a majority in both houses, democrats can still count on enough Rinos to keep the democrat agenda safe.
