    Wonder if the J6 Committee will ever get around to this.

    Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd produced no reports on his fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt and refused to give an official statement to investigators, but he agreed to a “voluntary debriefing” in which he stated if the “mob of rioters” outside the Speaker’s Lobby at the Capitol gained entry, “it wasn’t going to go well.”

    As TGP reported in November 2018, two Marine Corps Reservists were attacked, maced and robbed in Philadelphia on Saturday by a mob of male and female protesters who called the Marines “Nazis” and “White Supremacists”, according to police. Antifa protesters were countering a so-called conservative “We the People” rally being held that day on Independence Mall. Police said several of the attackers were seen earlier at the protest.

    Police reported the Marines were attacked blocks away from the rally by protesters who punched, kicked and maced them and stole a cellphone from one Marine. Police have not stated whether or not the Marines attended the rally.

    “On Saturday, November 15, 2018, at approximately 3:20 pm, the complainants, who are United States Military Reservists, were on the 100 block of S. Front Street, when they were approached by numerous males and females.” according to Philadelphia police.

    “The group of suspects called the complainants “Nazis”, and “White Supremacists”. The suspects then maced the complainants, and then proceeded to punch and kick them.” Philadelphia police said. “During the assault, one of the complainant’s had his cell phone stolen from him by one of the male suspects. The offenders then fled northbound on Front Street, towards Market.”

    DC Antifa leader Joseph Alcoff, Thomas Massey and Tom Keenan were all charged with felonies in 2019

    Thyat last sentence is confirmed by a credentialed media site, Philadelphia magazine.

    Alcoff was charged with aggravated assault, ethnic intimidation and conspiracy in January 2019.

    All three Antifa members who beat the Latino Marines will face no jail time thanks to Soros-backed Philly DA Larry Krasner.

    Prosecutors in Krasner’s office handled this case and all three men pleaded to low-level misdemeanors.

    Well of course! Gateway’s source was Andy Ngo, who included the disposition of charges against Mr Keenan in a photo on Twitter:

    PA § 5503 (b) is Disorderly Conduct – Grading,

    An offense under this section is a misdemeanor of the third degree if the intent of the actor is to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, or if he persists in disorderly conduct after reasonable warning or request to desist. Otherwise disorderly conduct is a summary offense.

    A third degree misdemeanor in the Keystone State is punishable by 6 months to 1 year in prison and a fine of up to $2,500. Notice the “Program Period” is “S”, which means a suspended sentence, and that the guilty plea was “negotiated”.

    A site search of The Philadelphia Inquirer for each charged individual returned zero results.
