Senate Democrats have reportedly canceled their coronavirus testing policy over the weekend to ram through a reconciliation bill, dubbed the “Inflation Reduction Act.”
“Senate Democrats, some of whom have decried their G.O.P. colleagues’ lenient attitude toward masking, have adopted an unofficial ‘Don’t Test, Don’t Tell,’ protocol of late, particularly as they endeavor to pass the historic Inflation Reduction Act this weekend,” Puck reported.

I hate to point this out but the Covid vaccines are and have been killing people all along. You do realize that beside the unfortunate side effects that can be deadly some people have been allergic to the shot?
On a personal note, my next door neighbor of 53 years old received his 2nd booster on 8/1 and was dead of heart blockage on 8/3. The reason offered by the hospital was blockage caused by a reaction to the vaccine. Yes, even though he had 3 previous shots this one killed him. He will be laid out Monday. His wife is a wreak and she’s at my house right now with my wife cooking to keep her mind off everything. The good news is they own their house free and clear. The bad news is she is afraid as hell about being able to live without his income. My wife Mary and I plan to help her out and we are currently working with our church to get assistance. She’ll be okay. Shes just scared right now.

Yes, people have adverse reactions to immunizations, sometimes serious, occasionally fatal.
Hundreds of millions of Covid immunizations have been administered in the US. With so many shots given it’s always possible that someone will die of unrelated causes, heart attack, stroke, accident etc. That’s not to suggest your neighbor’s death is not related to the vaccination, just that it is hard to prove.
The US has a compensation program for those seriously injured by countermeasures (e.g., immunizations). You and your wife sound like great neighbors and your neighbor is lucky to have you.
It will require a investigation to determine the cause of death.
