Still out, and free, cleared some overgrowth out yesterday, and took it to the burn pile. It’s been dry, so I’m going to wait until it’s cooler and we’ve had some rain before I turn this into carbon dioxide spewed into the atmosphere, but I did use my gasoline-powered Ford F-150 to haul it.
It may seem counterintuitive in KY, but burning vegetation, even though it rapidly converts cellulose to CO2, doesn’t have a sizable impact on global warming. Here’s why. Burning vegetation doesn’t release CO2 stored for millions of years. This CO2 was only recently incorporated from the atmosphere into the plants. Whether you incinerate them or allow them to rot, the CO2 is released over a compressed time scale. In other words whether or not you burn them is irrelevant.
The current period of global warming results from an increase in CO2 caused by humans burning millions year old hydrocarbons.

The DOJ is not pursuing an administration but rather alleged crimes committed by an individual, the ex-president Donald Q Trump. So yes. Then-president Q illegally took classified documents to his private club at Mar-a-Lago, FL. He refused to return them. If he had returned them when asked there would be no problem, an indulgence denied to other Americans.

Don Q tRump illegally took classified gov’t documents to his golf club in FL and refused to return them. The DOJ obtained a legal search warrant to find the documents. A legal search warrant for drugs, illegal guns, stolen materials often authorizes searches in various rooms. It’s because drug dealers don’t only keep their stashes on the coffee table, sometimes they hide them in their wife’s closet or even in their kids’ rooms.
The police conduct warranted searches every day at homes and offices. We suspect none of the ‘victims’ of these warranted searches are happy about it.
You have no idea whether tRump’s actions pose a security threat. The courts, DOJ and Special Master are trying to sort that out despite the ex-president’s obstruction.
Why do you think he took the documents and why didn’t he return them when asked? Curious.

He stole classified government documents and refused to return them when asked.
