A neurological and political disorder characterized by recurrent involuntary actions, including petition signing, smearing feces on themeselves, uncontrollable crying and/or outrage, violence, and demonstrations, as well as vocal tics, such as spewing talking points, non-stop chatter, conspiracy theories, threats and/or hopefullness of death and violence, virulent anti-American dogma, and especially, obscenities.
