DOJ Sues To Stop Alabama From Removing Non-Citizens From Voter Rolls

The DOJ is looking at this as a procedural thing, but, really, shouldn’t it be up to Alabama if they want to make sure non-citizens do not vote?

DOJ sues Alabama, state’s top election official for allegedly purging voters too close to election

illegal alien DemocratThe Department of Justice sued the State of Alabama and its top election official on Friday for allegedly removing voters from its election rolls too close to the November election.

Last month, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen announced that he had begun inactivating the voter registrations of 3,251 people who had been previously issued noncitizen identification numbers.

The National Voter Registration Act prohibits states from removing voters from rolls within 90 days of a federal election, and Alabama’s voter roll maintenance commenced 84 days ahead of the November election, the Justice Department alleged.

“The right to vote is one of the most sacred rights in our democracy,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division said in a statement. “As Election Day approaches, it is critical that Alabama redress voter confusion resulting from its list maintenance mailings sent in violation of federal law.

They’re non-citizens: they don’t have the right to vote. Obvioiusly, it’s no surprise that the Biden-Harris DOJ wants to make sure that non-citizens can vote. Granted, that number won’t change the fact that the GOP will win in vote for POTUS. The GOP has 6 of 7 federal representatives, but, maybe removing the non-citizens will make it 7 of 7.

And then over to Oklahoma

‘Christmas in May’: DOJ threatens to sue OK over new immigration law

The U.S. Department of Justice is threatening to sue the State of Oklahoma over a new law that seeks to fine and incarcerate any non-U.S. citizen who willfully and without permission enters the state.

Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill into law allowing local law enforcement to arrest individuals believed to be committing an “impermissible occupation” in the state of Oklahoma.

A first time conviction would lead to a misdemeanor charge of up to one year in county jail and a $500 fine. Those convicted a second time would face a felony charge of up to two years in county jail and a $1,000 fine.

Both convictions would require the undocumented migrant to leave the state within 72 hours of being released from custody.

No one is surprised by the politicized and leftist DOJ working to stop anyone from dealing with the mess that Biden-Harris made, right?

And on to Cackles

(Breitbart) Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Douglas, Arizona, a border community, to mostly discuss the nation’s fentanyl crisis — saying she will “stop the flow of illegal fentanyl” into the United States. Meanwhile, drug-related deaths hit a record high on Harris and President Joe Biden’s watch.

“I am on my way back to Arizona for official briefings on the latest work to secure the southern border and operations to stop the flow of illegal fentanyl into our country,” Harris posted to X.

Fentanyl smuggling and deaths skyrocketed under the Biden-Harris administration because of their open borders policies. Sure, Customs and Borders Protection has stopped a lot, because there is even more coming in.

IDF Confirms Hezbollah Head Nasrallah Meeting His 72 Virgins

IDF confirms Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah killed in Beirut attack

Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was killed in the IDF’s strike on Hezbollah’s headquarters in Beirut on Friday, the IDF announced Saturday morning.

Almost 32 years after co-founding the Lebanese terrorist organization, Nasrallah was killed, alongside Ali Karaki, Hezbollah’s commander of the southern front, and other Hezbollah commanders.

Israel’s air force struck Hezbollah’s central headquarters using precise intelligence from the intelligence wing and defense system. The headquarters were based underground, under a residential building in the Lebanese capital.

The strike, which was carried out by IAF aircraft, targeted Hezbollah’s central headquarters in Dahieh, Beirut, as The Jerusalem Post reported on Friday.

“This is not the end of our toolbox,” IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Herzi Halevi said in a statement following the announcement of Nasrallah’s death.

“Those who threaten the citizens of the State of Israel – we will know how to reach them – in the North, in the South, and even in more distant places,” Halevi said.

The gloves came off after October 7th, and Israel really does know how to reach out to the terrorists and introduce them to the afterlife.

There are other videos of the explosion going around that are much, much bigger, the above seems to be the official one

“Hezbollah’s central headquarters was intentionally built under residential buildings in the heart of the Dahiyeh in Beirut as part of Hezbollah’s strategy of using Lebanese people as human shields,” IDF Spokesman R.-Adm. Daniel Hagari stated in an evening address.

But, the Lebanese weren’t really willing human shields

They were also celebrating in Syria. Squad members and many Democrats are certainly mourning today.

NY Times: What If Every Warmist Practiced What They Preached?

Well, not really, the NY Times is focused on all you little people, and how to get government to force you to make those individual changes

What if Everyone Did Something to Slow Climate Change?
Researchers are looking at the impact that individuals’ actions can have on reducing carbon emissions — and the best ways to get people to adopt them.

Make more beef-free meals. Compost food scraps. Replace a natural gas stove with an electric one.

These are all fairly simple ways people can help combat climate change in their own kitchens. Still, most Americans don’t do it. Why?

Because it means changing lifelong habits. Because they believe it won’t make a difference. Because they think their friends and neighbors aren’t doing it.

Research shows that it is not easy to motivate people to curb their emissions, but some strategies do work, and experts are trying to identify the best ones.

I’m confused: why don’t Warmists do this voluntarily? They believe that the climate has warmed mostly/solely do the actions of Mankind, right? So, they should be happy to change their lives. Also, this NY Times article fails to mention what changes the company has made, nor those that climate cult member and writer Alina Tugend has made in her own life.

Magnus Bergquist, an associate professor of psychology at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, said widespread behavior transformation is difficult, as people often have contradictory goals. For example, changing habits or buying energy-efficient products, “can conflict with people’s goals of seeking comfort, saving money and gaining social acceptance,” he said in a video interview.

In other words, they’re climahypocrites. They want to force That Guy to change, to go after corporations. Skipping all the way to the end

Political actions, such as voting and pressuring elected officials, can help, Ms. Guenther said in a video interview.

“Our true responsibility is to use our choices as political agents in the world to try to shift power, take power away from the people who are blocking the transition away from fossil fuels and give it to people who will lead into a livable future,” she said.

That’s not personal actions: that’s forcing your beliefs on everyone else when you refuse to practice those beliefs.

Good News: Upwards Of 15K Migrants Let In By Biden-Harris Admin Are Murderers

Shocking data shows 15K illegal immigrants in US accused of murder — as Kamala Harris visits border

Federal numbers released Friday show that more than 15,000 illegal immigrants currently living in the US are convicted or accused of homicide — with the eye-popping figure made public as Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to the southern border to address her perceived weakness on the issue.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement provided the data to Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-Texas), who published it as Air Force Two flew to southern Arizona for the Democratic presidential nominee’s second border trip since becoming President Biden’s point person on reducing illegal immigration.

“As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket —13,099 criminally convicted MURDERS!” tweeted Gonzales, a critic of Harris’ performance who represents more than 800 miles of territory along the US-Mexico border.

“Americans deserve to be SAFE in our own communities.”

The rest have been accused of murder

ICE currently is detaining 277 migrants who have been convicted of homicide and 51 who face such charges, the agency said, indicating that those individuals likely are in the process of being deported.

What process? Kick them out. Send them packing. Immediately.

Federal authorities are aware of but not currently detaining 13,099 illegal immigrants living in the US who have been convicted of homicide and 1,845 who are accused of it, according to the data set.

Aware of, but, not detained. They shouldn’t have even been allowed to enter the U.S., but, the Biden-Harris admin doesn’t care.

Other well-represented crimes among illegal immigrants known to be living in the US include sexual assault — with 523 convicted or suspected rapists in ICE custody and 20,061 not — and assault, with more than 100,000 convicted or accused of that crime not in ICE custody.

This is what you voted for when you voted Biden-Harris, and what you’ll get more of if you vote Harris-Walz. But, you know, Mark Robinson wrote some mean comments online.

Surprise: Cackles Harris Is Spending Millions On Fossil Fueled Flights

Harris drops millions on private jet spending despite calling climate change an ‘existential

Vice President Harris’ presidential campaign has spent millions on private jet flights since President Biden announced that he was no longer running for re-election and Harris locked up the Democratic nomination a couple of months ago.

Harris, who has jet set on the campaign trail delivering various speeches on combating climate change, said on multiple occasions that the issue is an “existential threat” to humans.

“There’s no question we have to be practical. But being practical also recognizes that climate change is an existential threat to us as human beings,” Harris told CNN in 2019. “Being practical recognizes that greenhouse gas emissions are threatening our air and threatening the planet and that it is well within our capacity as human beings to change our behaviors in a way that we can reduce its effects. That’s practical.”

Despite calling on people to make changes in their lives to prevent climate change, Harris’ campaign has spent at least $3.8 million on private planes in less than six weeks, according to a Fox News Digital review of disbursements on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) website.

That’s quite a bit, eh? And, don’t forget, she’s also using Air Force 2 to campaign

(CNN) Vice President Kamala Harris is capitalizing on the trappings of office — and the power of strong imagery — to sustain the momentum surrounding her candidacy in hopes of building a cultural movement for the Democratic ticket in ways that long eluded President Joe Biden.

She didn’t just walk onto the stage for one of her biggest rallies of the year last week outside Detroit. Instead, her team allowed anticipation to grow as Air Force Two slowly taxied into view of a crowded airport hanger, with strains of Beyoncé’s “Run the World” pulsing through the air.

See, it’s perfectly OK that she has a massive carbon footprint and does all these things she wants to stop you from doing, because she’s the Elite. Only peasants must comply.
