Biden Docs: DOJ prosecutors weighing search of Biden’s Rehoboth home

Justice Department prosecutors are reportedly considering requesting a search of President Biden’s home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, after several sets of classified documents were found at his Wilmington, Delaware, home in recent weeks.

News of the consideration comes days after FBI officials searched Biden’s Wilmington home at the invitation of the White House. There, officials uncovered a fourth batch of misplaced classified documents, leading DOJ officials to consider searches at other locations connected to Biden, according to CBS News.

The DOJ has not pursued a search warrant for any of Biden’s properties, however. The Friday search in Wilmington was consensual, and prosecutors would plan to request access to Biden’s other properties.

So, classified documents that Biden should not have had have been found in four places, unsecured, and the DOJ isn’t interested in getting a warrant? They’re just, for the moment, letting Biden’s lawyers search his homes? Seriously, how does he not know about all these documents in his home?

FBI Raided Biden’s Home Friday

By raided, I mean they quietly showed up at the invitation of Biden’s lawyers, looked around, took a few documents, then left. And will bury any problematic issues, refusing to saying anything

FBI searched Biden home, found documents marked classified

The FBI searched President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware on Friday and located six additional documents containing classified markings and also took possession of some of his notes, the president’s lawyer said Saturday.

Bob Bauer, the president’s personal lawyer, said the search of the entire premises lasted nearly 13 hours. The documents taken by the FBI spanned Biden’s time in the Senate and the vice presidency, while the notes dated to his time as vice president. The level of classification, and whether they remained classified, was not immediately clear as the Justice Department reviews the records.

The search followed more than a week after Biden’s attorneys found six classified documents in the president’s home library from his time as vice president, and nearly three months after lawyers found a small number of classified records at his former offices at the Penn Biden Center in Washington. It came a day after Biden maintained that “there’s no there there” on the document discoveries, which have become a political headache for the president and complicated the Justice Department’s probe into former President Donald Trump’s retention of classified documents and official records after he left office. It remains to be seen whether additional searches by federal officials of other locations might be conducted. Biden’s personal attorneys previously conducted a search of the Rehoboth Beach residence and said they did not find any official documents or classified records.

So, with Trump, the politicized DOJ did an early morning raid with agents all decked out in body armor, carrying military grade weapons. Furiously searching, tearing apart Melania’s closet, going through her underwear drawer. Taking everything they could pick up, regardless of what it was. They made sure the Credentialed Media was present to film and broadcast it all. And to let them know quickly what the classification was. The exact opposite of what they did with Biden, who, apparently, had classified documents going back to when he was in the Senate, and would damned sure not have authorization to have them sitting around in his house, especially not with his drug addled son Hunter hanging out.

When does the search of his beach house take place? Will his lawyers be alerted and present, despite not having security clearances?

Biden tanked Jimmy Carter’s nominee for CIA over mishandled classified docs

As a senator in the 1970s, Joe Biden tanked then-President Jimmy Carter’s pick to lead the Central Intelligence Agency over the nominee’s illegal possession of classified documents.

Carter chose Ted Sorenson to serve as his CIA director in 1977.

Sorenson had admitted to taking boxes of classified records home with him after leaving the White House in 1964, and using the materials for his work in writing a biography of former President John F. Kennedy. Sorenson’s admission to this came in affidavits used in cases involving the Pentagon Papers.

At the time, Biden considered the affidavit and joined with Republicans to block Sorenson from being confirmed by the Senate. Biden also suggested Sorenson may have violated the Espionage Act.

So, by Biden’s own suggestion, he could be charged with violating the Espionage Act.

Your Fault: Polar Bear Kills Two In Alaska

Climate Change Possibly a Factor in Fatal Polar Bear Attack

Climate change may have been a factor in a recent fatal polar bear attack in Alaska.

Summer Myomick, 24, was walking through a snowstorm on Tuesday with her 1-year-old son, Clyde Ongtowasruk, in the western village of Wales when the polar bear attacked. The incident occurred near a school, Alaska’s Department of Public Safety said.

The polar bear reportedly chased multiple residents before killing the mother and child. During the attack, the animal was shot and killed by a resident.

This was the first fatal bear attack to occur in Alaska since 1990. A necropsy of the bear has not yet taken place, but it appears the attack was unprovoked. There could be several reasons for the bear’s violent action, according to one expert, and climate change is one of them.

It either did or didn’t play a factor. This whole “may have” fearmongering is complete mule fritters

David Meanwell, director of the Bear Conservation nonprofit, continued: “Where attacks take place, they are most commonly made by young and inexperienced bears or by bears that are nearing the end of their life; in other words, by inexperienced bears or desperate bears. In both cases, the usual reason for the attack is predation.

“In short, if this was a young or old bear it could well be that the animal was hungry and the attack predatory,” Meanwell said. “That is unusual at this time of year, so if the bear was healthy, it is indeed possible that climate change may have been a factor.”

Robyn essentially spoke with (probably emailed) Meanwell and one other person, and, then decided to run this scaremongering cult piece, without waiting for the autopsy on the bear to see if it was old, young, diseased, or hungry, the usual causes of the attack. Of course, there’s this one thing

Democrat Katie Hobbs To Continue Shipping Illegals Out Of Arizona

This should make Democrat supporters of unfettered illegal immigration unhappy, especially if the illegals end up in Democratic Party run cities that call themselves sanctuary cities

Arizona will bus, fly migrants from state under new Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs

Arizona is continuing to move migrants out of the state’s border communities and to other destinations in the U.S., Gov. Katie Hobbs said Friday.

The program has expanded from buses to include the option of chartered air travel via a 737 aircraft, according to a state contract signed Jan. 14.

In a wide-ranging news conference at the state Capitol, the new Democratic governor said the controversial practice, started by her Republican predecessor, needs review to ensure it is effective. But she indicated it had some merit.

“It’s something that provides support to those local communities,” Hobbs told reporters, referring to border communities that are strained by the influx of migrants. “If we’re spending money to bus people, why not just get them to their final destination?”

Final destination? Their final destination should be outside the country, but, if they’re waiting for their asylum hearing (which most won’t pass), they should be held in detention, otherwise they just disappear and never show up for said hearing.

In a follow-up statement, press secretary Josselyn Berry said the new administration is taking a different tack from what former Gov. Doug Ducey did.

“We’re sending migrants to cities they actually need to go to and be connected with their sponsors, and we are doing it in a more cost effective way by looking at all travel options, not just buses,” Berry said.

“They need to go”? Who is saying they need to go there? The illegals themselves? Let them pay for the trip. And why are they trying to get to that city? Is it the federal government saying? Let them pay. Do they have sponsors? Let them pay. Otherwise, there should be a nice, big detention center for them to wait in. If they do not want to wait there, they can recross the border and be on their merry way.

Illegal MS-13 Gang Member Accused of Murdering 20-Year-Old Kayla Hamilton

An illegal alien MS-13 Gang member is accused of murdering Kayla Marie Hamilton, a 20-year-old with autism, last summer in Aberdeen, Maryland.

This week, the Aberdeen Police Department announced the arrest of a 17-year-old illegal alien MS-13 Gang member from El Salvador in connection with Hamilton’s murder. Police have not released the suspect’s full identity.

Hamilton was remembered last August at a funeral. Her family, in an obituary, described her as a “kind, loving, trusting, and forgiving person” who loved her family and her cat, Oreo.

He raped and strangled her. When did he come into the country? Did completely sneak in, or, was he caught and released?

Harvard Medical School Decides To Embed Climate Cultology In Curriculum

Harvard Medical School votes to embed climate change in its curriculum

Raised by two psychologists, Madeleine Kline had wanted to become a doctor since she was little. And when she learned in high school how human activity was fueling climate change, she concluded “it felt fundamentally like a health problem.”

So it seemed the most natural thing for her to go into medicine. And once at Harvard Medical School, she combined her two interests to help produce a novel undertaking at the 350-year-old institution: embed teaching about the effects of climate change into all four years of the medical degree curriculum.

“I realized that the world then,” she said of her youth, “was not the world that I was going to inhabit as an adult or raise my children in. “And, if I wanted to help take care of people, I needed to understand the challenges my patients were going to face.”

Now in her third year, Kline was among a small group of students and faculty who helped convince school leaders to adopt the new curriculum, which was approved earlier in January. It will include instruction on the effects of climate change on human health, the role health care systems play in contributing to climate change, and how physicians can work to be part of the solution.

Nope, not a cult

Intense temperatures can cause hypothermia or heat stroke, particularly among elderly and homeless people, while survivors of extreme weather events such as a cataclysmic hurricane can experience high levels of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, according to research from the CDC. And, the National Institutes of Health found that changes in air and water temperatures can increase bacteria, parasites, and chemical contaminants in food, according the National Institutes of Health..

You mean those things that have happened throughout human history? Not sure about you, but, if my doctor yammers at me about ‘climate change’ or any other left win lunatic stuff, I’ll find another.

For example, all new students take a course called Introduction to the Profession, which teaches them the responsibilities and expectations of medical students and doctors. Last year, the course examined climate advocacy as a way for medical students and physicians to support their patients, said fourth-year student Julia Malits.

Indoctrination into the cult. By people who will be the top end of doctors, driving very expensive vehicles and living in big houses.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) on Friday introduced a bill that would reinstate troops discharged over the Biden administration’s ill-fated military coronavirus vaccine mandate and protect unvaccinated troops, cadets, and midshipmen from punishment, Breitbart News has first learned.

Roy said in a statement:

Thanks to the hard work of many of my Republican colleagues, the Biden administration’s disastrous COVID-19 vaccine mandate was finally ended. But there is more work to be done. Republicans must fight to permanently end these mandates and make whole all the service members harmed by President Biden’s senseless policies. I’ve introduced the Service Restoration Act to do just that.

Roy’s bill, titled the Service Restoration Act, would prohibit any federal funds being used to require a member of the military or a cadet or midshipman at a service academy to receive a vaccine, and would prohibit any “adverse action” against them solely on the basis of not wanting to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

All discharged military members would be reinstated with full pay, their previous rank, and records expunged of adverse reaction. That said, how many will want to come back? Maybe those approaching their 20 years, ones who can come back and retire, but, will a lot of the others want to come back to a military which treated them with such dishonor? To a military that is going completely Woke?

EPA To Prioritize Environmental Justice, Climate Crisis (scam) Or Something

EPA Proposes to Add Environmental Justice, Climate Change, and PFAS to National Enforcement and Compliance Initiatives for FY 2024-2027

Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced it is seeking public comment on its proposal to address environmental justice, climate change, and PFAS contamination in its National Enforcement and Compliance Initiatives (NECIs). Every four years, EPA selects national initiatives to focus resources on serious and widespread environmental problems where federal enforcement can make a difference. The primary objective of these initiatives is to protect human health and the environment by holding polluters accountable through enforcement and assisting regulated entities to return to compliance.

EPA proposes to continue four of the six current national initiatives during the FY 2024-2027 cycle and return two of the current national initiatives to the core enforcement and compliance program. In addition, EPA proposes to address environmental justice concerns in all NECIs, and to add two new NECIs on mitigating climate change and addressing PFAS pollution, for the FY 2024-2027 cycle.

“The National Enforcement and Compliance Initiatives identify serious environmental challenges where EPA can make a difference through a coordinated national approach,” said Larry Starfield, Acting Assistant Administrator for EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. “We look forward to receiving public comment on our proposals for FY 2024-2027, which include both familiar and emerging issues. Of particularly importance, we have built environmental justice considerations firmly into every initiative in order to protect vulnerable and overburdened communities.”

They say they are adding these on to things like “Creating Cleaner Air for Communities by Reducing Excess Emissions of Harmful Pollutants”, but, these real issues will be secondary concerns while focusing on the environmental justice and ‘climate change’ scams, because dealing with real environmental issues just doesn’t give the EPA enough totalitarian power. They aren’t pushing the Waters Of The US insanity because it’s wise policy, but, to give the federal government ultimate control over private, local, and state property. And while the EPA focuses on this cult idiocy, you end up with real environmental issues like the Flint water supply, which, surprise, still hasn’t been fixed.

I’ve mentioned many a time that I have a big problem with the way the climate cult, and agencies that follow the cult agenda, reduces actual environmental issues, puts them under the climate cult banner, rather than focusing on them like they deserve. Even if the temperature increase since 1850 is mostly caused by human activities, why are all the policies about higher taxes/fees and government authoritarianism?
