Climate Crisis (scam) Is Having An Effect On Gen Z Career Choices Or Something

See, because you took a fossil fueled trip to the airport to take a fossil fueled flight to a vacation spot where you ate like a pig, Gen Z isn’t able to parlay their degrees in things ending with “Studies” into good paying jobs

Gen Z grew up with climate change. Now it’s starting to have an effect on their career choices

Gen Z grew up with climate change as a known factor in life — one that takes on an increasing sense of urgency every day. As fires rage through the west and hurricanes strike the southeast, the drumbeat is getting louder — and it’s starting to have an impact on their career choices.

Even prior to the pandemic and the devastating wildfires of 2020, 4 out of 10 young people identified climate change as one of the most significant issues facing the planet. Gen Z is uniquely positioned in part because, for many, they cannot recall a time when climate change was not a topic of discussion.

Fionnuala Fisk, who graduated from George Mason University in the spring of 2020, remembers starting a petition to “stop global warming” at age six (signed by her mother and two dogs). “I think it’s something that I have always been kind of aware of,” she said.

In other words, her parents brainwashed her into this. 6 year olds do not have these concerns otherwise

Growing up, Jane Weisenberg, a 2020 graduate of Union College from Larchmont, N.Y., did not know what she wanted to do professionally. Today, as she enters the world of business (she’s currently pursuing a career in consulting), she knows one thing: She wants to make money. The reason? The wealthy feel the effects of climate change less, a phenomenon which has become especially evident during the pandemic. “It’s a lot easier if you have money,” she said, “And so that really became more of a priority for me.”

Sounds like Jane is just making excuses to her limited circle of friends who are willing to put up with her incessant yapping about ‘climate change’ for why she wants to make money.

There are jobs available for climate-conscious people of all backgrounds and educations — some of which pay six figures, according to The Balance Careers. Environmental lawyers, for instance, earn a median salary of $122,960 and play a crucial role in the protection of our planet. Other high-paying and environmentally-sound jobs include environmental engineering and, in the business world, the relatively new but increasingly more common position of chief sustainability officer. And even for those without a bachelor’s degree, urban farmers can support their communities in eradicating food deserts and improving the environment while earning a median salary of $71,160.

Lawyers. LOL.

Cam Rosen is a 2020 graduate of Duke University from London, England. She currently resides in New York and recently began teaching fourth grade. But as she works to instruct the next generation, climate anxiety seeps into every aspect of her work. Rosen has focused her career on combating systemic racism and socioeconomic inequality, but recently has been struck by the urgency of the climate crisis.

“I keep forgetting that climate change is the problem,” Rosen said. “We’re not going to have a future where we can fix the injustices if our world is literally falling apart … I’m not going to have a future if the world is destroyed, and we keep destroying it.”

If you’d just give up your money and freedom to Government we could create a utopia, you damned burger eating skeptic.

Unity: Barking Moonbat Will Not Reach Out To Trump Voters, Now Or Ever

As much as China Joe wants to preach healing and unity, which is really about his voters lowering their moonbattery way down, those he’s preaching too aren’t particularly enthused to do so

No, I Will Not Be ‘Reaching Out’ To Trump Voters, Now Or Ever. Here’s Why.

When Donald Trump was elected in 2016, like millions of other Americans, I was horrified. He had campaigned on a platform of hate, pledging to ban Muslims from entering the United States and build a literal wall to keep Latinos out of the country. He stoked anti-Semitism, mocked a disabled reporter and had a history of misogyny.

Once Trump actually became president, he called white supremacists “very fine people,” locked children in cages and systematically sought to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, disregarding the millions of Americans who would be left without access to health care if he were successful.

Yeah, I’m not going to bother debunking and arguing the reality, because, what’s the point? Y’all on the right have already made the arguments in your head, and those on the left are too brainwashed to think for themselves.

As a Jew, an atheist, a woman and the mother of a disabled child, I have watched as my communities have been threatened repeatedly. The day the 2020 election was called with Joe Biden projected to be our next president, I danced in the streets at Black Lives Matter Plaza along with thousands of others who finally felt like this long nightmare was coming to an end.

You cannot be a Jew and an atheist. And, why were you in the streets? Isn’t that against COVID orders?

But almost immediately, we began to hear calls to reach out to Trump supporters to mend fences. Pop star Katy Perry encouraged fans to follow her lead and tell family members who voted for Trump that they are “here for them.” Political scientist Ian Bremmer encouraged Biden voters to reach out to Trump supporters to show empathy. Former Sen. Rick Santorum, who compared same-sex marriage to bestiailty while holding office, urged Biden supporters to give Trump and his voters “space” to work through their feelings. These suggestions enraged me.

These calls for unity come from a place of privilege, and they’re coming from mostly straight, white, cisgender people who are financially secure. They may not have liked some of Trump’s policies, but they were not actively harmed by them. They likely never feared for their safety or well-being in Trump’s America.

There’s lots and lots of hate in Jamie Davis Smith’s heart, and lots more whining, ending with

Through all of this, my communities have come together in solidarity with one another to fight against Trump’s hateful acts. We are allies to one another, even when not directly under attack. Those who supported Trump, and those who still do, lack the compassion and the basic decency to recognize that every life has value. I have no need for them in my life and no desire to now pretend that I can accept their views, that any of this was ever OK.

This level of hate cannot be good for the mental health of Biden voters, but, good mental health left the train station for them in November 2016. Well, really, when Bush 43 was elected. It’s just gotten worse. The next 4 years should be fun if China Joe is inaugurated.

Earth Will Become Uninhabitable Unless We Use Mostly Not Invented Technology To Suck CO2 From The Atmosphere

I’d like to say that the scary prognostications will increase with Biden winning (let’s face it, the fix is in, and it is a very long shot for Trump to pull it out), but, they never really end from the Cult of Climastrology. They’re also used to ramping it up a bit this time of year, ahead of the normally held UN IPPC Conference on the Parties. And here’s some doom

Any hope of keeping Earth habitable now requires sucking carbon back out of the atmosphere, a new study found

Even if we stopped emitting greenhouse gas today, the Earth would continue warming for centuries. Arctic ice and permafrost are already on an irreversible path of melting.

That’s the finding of new research published Thursday in the journal Scientific Reports. The model suggests that even if emissions were to drop to zero this year, global temperatures would ultimately rise to be 5.4 degrees Fahrenheit higher in 2500 than they were in 1850 (that’s 3 degrees Celsius).

“The tundra will continue to melt over the next 500 years — irrespective of how quickly humanity cuts its greenhouse-gas emissions,” Jørgen Randers, the lead author of the new study, told Business Insider.

That’s because climate change is a vicious, self-sustaining cycle: As permafrost thaws, it releases more greenhouse gases, like methane and carbon dioxide, which sustains warming over time. To stop that cycle, Randers said, we’ll need to suck carbon dioxide back out of the atmosphere.

That’s because this is the natural process of an interglacial period, no reason to blame witchcraft, but, hey, we can stop the natural processes of Earth by implementing tech that, other than trees, plants, and plankton, doesn’t really exist.

Randers’ study modeled the effect of various emissions-reductions scenarios on Earth’s climate between 1850 and 2500.

The data showed that if emissions stopped for good in 2020, sea levels in 2500 would still be more than 8 feet (2.5 meters) higher than in 1850.

Interestingly, that is exactly the amount of sea rise one would expect during a Holocene warm period. There should be a foot to a foot and a half of rise per century. But, too many people are too stupid and won’t take the time to do research, and the Warmists know this and can turn the Scary Screws.

To prevent the projected 3-degree-Celsius temperature increase, greenhouse-gas emissions would need to have ceased entirely between 1960 and 1970, the model found. In that sense, Earth blew by a climactic point of no return 50 years ago — before much of the public understood the realities of climate change.

So, if it’s too late, why are we bothering to talk about this? Oh, right, to institute Big Government, lots of government control of everything, and taxes/fees.

What’s needed, Randers said, is for companies and governments to “start developing the technologies for large-scale removal of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.”

In technical terms, that strategy is known as carbon capture and storage (CCS). To prevent further warming after emissions have stopped, the new study found, at least 33 gigatonnes (36.5 billion tons) of carbon dioxide would need to be sucked out of the atmosphere each year. That’s roughly the total amount of carbon dioxide the global fossil-fuel industry emitted in 2018 (36 gigatonnes).

Power plants in the US, Canada, and Switzerland have already started utilizing CCS to lower their emissions. In 2014, the Boundary Dam Power Station in Saskatchewan became one of the first in the world to successfully use the technology.

Most of these are experimental, and don’t really do much. But, hey, why bother? It’s too late, right?

Democrat Progressives Blame Raaaaacism For House Losses, Take Shots At Leadership

Well, of course they did. They certainly do not want to admit they lost a net-8 seats in the House because their agenda scares people, right?

Progressives blame ‘divide-and-conquer racism’ for Democrats’ House losses

Progressive House Democrats are shifting the blame for last week’s dismal House showing.

As it became clear Democrats wouldn’t expand their majority in the House this year, moderate Democrats began blaming their party’s left wing, including in a testy post-election caucus call where Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) profanely decried any mention of “socialism” within the party. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) quickly told the party to stop “pointing fingers,” and on Tuesday, a memo began circulating among progressive representatives that tried to break down just went wrong.

While the memo did reflect Ocasio-Cortez’s plea to stop “placing blame” before a campaign post-mortem was conducted, it did lay out progressive strategies to drive future House gains. Instead of playing into President Trump’s “racist appeals against immigrants and Black Lives Matter,” Democrats should “take on the Republican party’s divide-and-conquer racism head-on,” the memo says. Democrats should “invest in organizing the base,” “connect economic justice to racial justice,” and “drive an economic message that connects with all working people” as well, the memo details. As Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) put it, Democrats need to “really respect every single voice,” namely those of marginalized people, instead of “silencing” them like Spanberger suggested.

Everything is raaaaacism in their world, so, conversely, nothing can actually be racist anymore.

The economy was voters’ top concern in this election. When Democratic leaders make unforced errors like showing off two sub-zero freezers full of ice cream on national television or cozy up with Wall Street executives and corporate lobbyists while Trump tells voters we are the party of the swamp, it is not surprising that we lose. We need a new generation of leadership grounded in a multiracial, working class experience and background.

Pelosi may have lost quite a bit of power due to the losses, but, she will still control a lot of power, and, a lot of money.

The document spends quite a bit of time on Black Lives Matter, arguing that Democrats should have gone in whole hog in supporting them, which, they kind of did. But, the nutters in the Justice Democrats, Sunrise Movement (yeah, they’re supposed to be about solving ‘climate change’, aren’t they?), and a few others aren’t happy they didn’t go in, I guess, whole elephant.

Republican attacks levied at Democrats this cycle based on terms like “defund the police” or “socialism” have become scapegoats for Representatives like Abigail Spanberger, Conor Lamb, and other senior Democrats. Not a single Democrat — progressive or otherwise — argued that Democrats should run primarily on these themes. Moreover, these attacks will never go away, nor will demands for reform from social movements. The attacks are designed to stoke racial resentment, which is core to the GOP’s election strategy. Our party should not feed into it.

Those two terms are not popular, yet, most Democrats did not decry those things.

This election, the Black youth leading the Black Lives Matter movement have turned their power in the streets into votes and have helped secure Biden’s victory in key cities. As the country faced one of its darkest and ugliest realites this summer, the continued violence and murder of Black people by the police, Black-led youth orgnizations in Minnesota, Georgia, and Wisconsin took to the streets to change a system that continues to say Black lives don’t matter. This sparked a national reckoning and conversation about what it means to reimagine public safety and the allocation of resources. Solidarity marches and protests sprang up in big cities and rural small towns. According to an analysis by Tom Bonier of TargetSmart, the protests drove up voter registration, with the earliest signs coming from Georgia, and helped close the enthusiasm gap that plagued Biden into the summer.

And white progressives/Antifa helped the black youth riot, loot, commit arson and assault in the streets, live on our TVs. I certainly didn’t help the Democrats to support this. But, you know, it was raaaaacism from Republicans.

Your Fault: That Burger You Ate Is Causing Riots, Uprising, And Tyranny

Thank, dudes and dudettes. Instead of taking that fossil fueled trip to that burger joint, you could have given up your own fossil fueled lifestyle, gone Net Zero, and paid a carbon tax. Because you didn’t

What has climate change led to? Riots, uprising and tyranny
In ‘Fossil Free’, Sumant Sinha writes about the social and economic impacts of climate change, especially in oil-producing countries.

Dirty coal and oil are the main contributors towards global warming and climate change. They are also the main sources of energy for the rich, industrialized countries. The need for their cheap and reliable availability and transportation is perhaps the largest cause for war and conflict across the world.

The outcomes: riots, uprisings and tyranny.

The Arab Spring (2010–11) was, as one news headline put it, ‘A revolution of the hungry’. I would say that it was not just ‘a revolution of the hungry’ but also a revolution of the thirsty, a good example of the energy-food-water nexus.

Our history books tell us that the Fertile Crescent, the area that stretches from the Egyptian Nile to the mouth of the Tigris and Euphrates, is where agriculture began—where wheat, lentils, chickpeas, olives and even sheep and goats were first cultivated. Today, the states in and around that region are the world’s largest net importers of food and depend on North America, Europe and Central Asia for the same. Food is expensive, people are poor, and repressive regimes rely on imported wheat financed through foreign aid.

Get the F out of here. This was people rising up, starting in Iran with the Green Revolution, against heavy handed, tyrannical regimes, mostly based on Islamism. But, climate cultists live in their own little worlds where they do not accept what really happened and make up their own Reasons.

Venezuela is said to hold the world’s largest supply of crude oil and natural gas—what once seemed like a perennial cash cow for the petro-state. However, today the country is running out of food, its currency (the bolivar) has plunged, inflation has soared, and its hospitals are overcrowded. Contributing in no small measure is the political crisis that has taken the nation into endless riots and killings. So what caused Venezuela’s rapid descent into chaos? Opinions are divided on possible reasons, including misgovernance, subsidy-based state welfarism and even US-sponsored stoppage of technology transfer. But the consensus points towards the plunging price of oil, Venezuela’s main revenue earner.

Again, idiotic. Glenn Beck just went through this today. In 1992 Venezuela was one of the richest nations on the planet. Then they decided to elect a hardcore socialist, who was going to give them everything free. Then they started cracking down on their people, shooting them in the streets, and people couldn’t get beer, toilet paper, or food. They were eating zoo animals. That’s not climate change, that’s Modern Socialism, the very thing Warmists want to install around the world.

The vicious circle of the land-climate-water-food-energy-pollution nexus is upon us. In other words, the declining sources of energy and water supplies, coupled with pollution and climate change, are leading to food shortages that lead to political problems, that lead to energy inflation, that lead to food inflation, and eventually social upheaval and misery.

Piss off. Pure cult. I’ve really lost patience with these nuts.

Biden Advisor Yammers About A 4-6 Week Lockdown

I have to wonder if a few Biden voters, who seemed to have mostly voted against Trump rather than for China Joe, are starting to rethink their vote, finally realizing just what they enable, what the policies will do negatively to their lives

Joe Biden Coronavirus Adviser Urges National Lockdown for ‘4 to 6 Weeks’

An adviser to Joe Biden on coronavirus has floated the idea of a nationwide lockdown for “four to six weeks.”

Dr. Michael Osterholm was appointed to Biden’s 12-person Covid advisory board on Monday.

On Wednesday, he appeared on CNBC and attempted to rationalize a national lockdown order.

“We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers, for losses to small companies, to medium-sized companies or city, state, county governments. We could do all of that,” he said.

“If we did that, then we could lock down for four-to-six weeks.”

Osterholm claimed that would help get the virus under control, “like they did in New Zealand and Australia.”

New Zealand and Australia are islands, and were able to really, really restrict people coming in. Will Joe restrict? Oh, wait, no, he wants to let in hundreds of thousands if not millions of immigrants, mostly those who would come illegally.

In August, Osterholm said the state-led lockdowns did not go far enough.

“The problem with the March-to-May lockdown was that it was not uniformly stringent across the country. For example, Minnesota deemed 78 percent of its workers essential,” he wrote in the New York Times, along with Minneapolis Federal Reserve President Neel Kashkari.

“To be effective, the lockdown has to be as comprehensive and strict as possible.”

Who provides food? How do we get food? Who brings it to us? Who brings it to market? How much are those lost wages? What happens when this doesn’t work? We were told 15 days back in February/March.

And, good luck making this happen. You’ll see revolts.

Report: China Joe To Make Climate Crisis (scam) Centerpiece Of His Administration

We can expect news outlets like the Washington Post to continuously ask China Joe, Kamala, and the rest of the people who work for Joe when they will be giving up their own use of fossil fuels and making their own lives net zero, right?

Biden to Make Combatting Climate Change an ‘All-of-Government Agenda’

Former Vice President Joe Biden is preparing to make combatting climate change a centerpiece of his administration, with top aides signaling the topic is likely to consume all levels of the federal government.

Biden, who promised a New Deal-style approach to addressing climate issues on the campaign trail this year, has begun formulating a governing strategy to curb carbon emissions “even without congressional action, by maximizing executive authority,” according to the Washington Post.

“From the very beginning of the campaign, when President-elect Biden rolled out his climate plan, he made it clear he sees this as an all-of-government agenda – domestic, economic, foreign policy,” the Biden campaign’s policy director, Stef Feldman, told the outlet.

Although it remains unclear just how such an approach will look in execution, Biden’s promises on the campaign trail shed some light on the extent of his commitment to “environmental justice.” From promising to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord on his first day at the White House to pledging the creation of a new division within the Department of Justice to combat pollution, the former vice president has laid out an ambitious agenda on the climate.

The DOJ thing should be worrisome, where Biden plans to use the DOJ to go after climate-heretics.

Establish an Environmental and Climate Justice Division within the U.S. Department of Justice. Under the Trump Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has referred the fewest number of criminal anti-pollution cases to the Justice Department (DOJ) in 30 years. Allowing corporations to continue to pollute – affecting the health and safety of both their workers and surrounding communities – without consequences, perpetuates an egregious abuse of power. Biden will direct his EPA and DOJ to pursue these cases to the fullest extent permitted by law and, when needed, seek additional legislation to hold corporate executives personally accountable – including jail time where merited. Going beyond the ambitious proposals that the Biden plan for a clean energy revolution already includes, the Biden Administration will establish a new Environmental and Climate Justice Division within the DOJ, as proposed by Governor Inslee, to complement the work of the Environment and Natural Resources Division. In line with the new Division’s mandate, Biden will instruct the Attorney General to: (i) implement, to the extent possible by executive action, Senator Booker’s Environmental Justice Act of 2019; (ii) increase enforcement, in line with the commitments already detailed in the Biden Plan; (iii) strategically support ongoing plaintiff-driven climate litigation against polluters; (iv) address legacy pollution that includes real remedies to make communities safe, healthy, and whole; and (v) work hand-in-hand with EPA’s Office of Civil Rights.

Booker’s EJA of 2019 is pretty darned extreme, and, it should disturb people that Joe wants to use the power of the federal government to support lawsuits against companies by private citizens, when they should be neutral bystanders. Joe also plans to increase the use of the EPA’s civil rights division. Not ominous at all.

Biden’s plan, heavily influenced by the recommendations of a unity task force set up earlier this year by the presumptive nominee and his vanquished primary rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), proposes spending $2 trillion over four years to combat climate change.

A major portion of the money will be used to create one million new jobs in the auto industry by boosting the production of energy-efficient vehicles. In order to achieve the goal, Biden is backing legislation, introduced by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), to incentivize individuals to trade in their gas-powered vehicles for ones running on either electricity or hydrogen.

As someone who sells them, not that many people want them. They do not even want hybrids that much right now. And most cannot afford nor want to pay $700 or more a month on a small plugin, plus the cost of electricity. I’ll consider it if Joe, Kamala, and the rest drive plugin vehicles themselves.

Jim Clyburn (D) Says Trump Refusing To Concede Like Hitler

Was Gore refusing to concede for 37 days like Hitler? How about Stacy Abrams, who still hasn’t conceded the Georgia governor’s race?

‘I’m beginning to see what happened in Germany’: Democrat compares Trump refusing to concede to rise of Hitler

A top Democrat on Capitol Hill has compared President Donald Trump’s refusal to concede to “what Hitler did in Germany” during a new interview as criticism grows over the president’s anti-Democratic attacks on the electoral process.

Rep. Jim Clyburn (D—SC) said on Tuesday night he was concerned the president was attempting to take on an authoritarian role despite losing to President-elect Joe Biden in the 2020 US elections and urged Americans to defend the results of the election.

Speaking to CNN’s Chris Cuomo, the House majority whip said: “I’m beginning to see what happened in Germany back in the 1930s. I never thought that could happen in this country.”

“How do you elect a person president, then all of a sudden you’re going to give him the authority to be dictator?” He continued. “That’s what Hitler did in Germany.”

Adolf Hitler was elected chancellor in Germany, as Mr Clyburn said on Tuesday, noting how he “successfully discredited the news media” in his quest to hold onto power and become a dictator.

“I cannot see that happening here,” the Democrat said. “If it did, that means that the American people are much more — or less, I should say, intelligent than I think they are.”

Does that make all of us who support making sure there’s as little election fraud as possible and wanting recounts to only count legally cast votes Brownshirts? And being mean to a news media who is hostile to Republicans is like Hitler?

I’m still waiting for Democrats to tell us what freedoms Trump has taken away them. How he’s put the Government’s foot on their neck. Has he sicced the IRS on anyone like Obama did? Democrats say they want to “save Democracy” (yeah, I know), so, why not allow recounts to make sure things were on the up and up? Nothing is certified till the Electoral College meets in December.

Is This Something? Guiliana Claims Whistleblowers Are Coming Forward From Dominion

We already know that software made by Dominion used by voting systems in Michigan “glitched”, giving lots of Trump votes to Biden. These systems do not just glitch like this, they are programs. Someone had to do it. And these systems were used all over the country, especially in battleground states

BREAKING: Rudy Giuliani Drops Bombshell, Says “Dominion” Whistleblowers Are Coming Forward

During an interview on Wednesday with Steve Bannon on War Room, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani dropped a bombshell where he announced that whistleblowers would soon be coming forward about the Dominion election software.

“Coleman has the community people and he’s got the Dominion people,” Giuliani said. “And they were the ones who were the actual, not poll watchers, the actual observers who were excluded, who were lied to, two of whom stayed behind after all the Republicans had left out and they’re the ones who got the evidence of the 100,000 votes coming in. And they have some photographs also.”

This is huge if true. Of course, the media will spin it and minimize it, just like they’ve done with USPS whistleblower Richard Hopkins. But, it’s easy for Rudy to say it: now he has to produce.
